"So much could be said about Barut Hemera. From the moment you arrive you are treated like you are visiting family. The staff are some of the warmest friendly people we have met during our travels. Attention to detail is in the DNA at Barut Hemera. For such a big facility it is difficult to find fault with anything. Spotless rooms amazing cleaning and grounds staff. The service staff are just as diligent and courteous always one step ahead of your requests. The food Wow, how can you complain when...

"Under alla mina vistelser i Türkiye så har jag haft den bästa upplevelsen någonsin. Alla som jobbade där var måna om att fråga om vi behövde något hela tiden. Servicekänslan bland personalen hade väldigt hög standard. Maten var väldigt god med många variationer och med olika teman. Efterrätterna var i världsklass. Hotellet hade ett familjevänligt intryck då atmosfären var väldigt lugnt och sansat. Lobbyutrymmet är väldigt bra ifall man är intresserad av att slappna av och njuta av sina dryck....

"Wir waren 9 Tage im Hane Family. Das Personal war überwiegend genervt. Es gab wenige Kellner, die freundlich und bemüht waren. Man hatte fast Angst, was zu bestellen, auch an den Theken. Ein Restaurant-„Chef” namens Yılmaz war der unfreundlichste und aroganteste Mitarbeiter im ganzen Hotel. Er hat nicht nur die anderen Kellner, sondern auch die Gäste angemotzt, wenn man bspw. nach einem freien Tisch gefragt hat. Das Essen war sehr unterschiedlich; mal hat es sehr gut und mal sehr schlecht...

"Le personnel au service des clients au top. L'équipe des animateurs au top (Sam, Simba, Nikki, Julia). Seul point négatif est que la musique s' arrête un peu trop tôt (23h00). Langue parlé : anglais, allemand. "

"The hotel is in a top location from which to explore Side. All the scenic sights, beach promenades, archaeological finds, restaurants, shops,ATMs etc are easily accessible by foot. The top floor terrace is a great place to have the breakfast, I enjoyed my tomato omelettes. . The staff are very lovely, the manager Ibrahim a very knowledgeable, speaks six languages, a well travelled person himself, was a big help in solving a problem that I had to overcome. "
