"The staff are incredible. Sail went above and beyond to get me here and everyone is so welcoming. They remember names and where everyone is from. I don’t know how they do it but I have never met a more welcoming people than those in Fiji, especially here.
They have snorkel gear, kayaks and paddle boards ready to be taken out at anytime. I had such a great and relaxing stay. Would absolutely recommend anyone looking at Fiji to look here.
The property could use a little TLC but I think that’s...

"The place is clean but very dated. The towels have seen better days. Water pressure is bad! Though hot water is good..
A lot of work to be done to improve the current state...pillows need to be discarded as they smell...the bed is not bad..but stains on sheets are visible..
Breakfast is super basic....toast, jam, butter, simple cereal, coffee tea and juice..with some fruits.
I must add, staff are great!! Very polite, helpful and always ready to assist in anyway possible with whatever issues."

"Our 3rd stay here at the Double Tree, won't be our last. The facilities are excellent, the buffet breakfast has something for everyone. Rooms are large and well equipped with a modern bathroom. The staff are a credit to the resort, helpful, friendly, and attentive. The standard of service here has never changed, from the front of house to the cleaners such as the wonderful Ala from housekeeping and Sam in the cafe. We love this place."
