"Lovely hotel, staff were all pleasant and helpful. It felt like a proper 4 star hotel, the lobby and bar area are gorgeous and our room was spacious with plenty storage and a bath as well as a shower! Close to all tourist attractions and an S Bahn literally across the road to take you wherever you want. Would absolutely come here again if I was visiting Berlin. "

"Absolutely immaculately clean room,l and bathrooms/ showers were well kept and clean at all times (4 day stay). Staff were so friendly and welcoming at any time of day (24hr) and it's great you need a key card to acess the lifts to the rooms from a safety point of view. The only downsides for me were no mirrors in the room and no access to a cooking or tea making area (though it's described on the website). Having Aldi next door was amazing, but there were no microwave or utensils/ cups to use so you need to rely on eating out or takeaway you can eat without cutlery. We would definitely stay again! "
