Tropical Executive Hotel

4/10 Poor

"No balcony, no microwave if you wanted to heat food up you purchased elsewhere. You have the arrive at the exact time the hotel requires. I had to wait 4 hours when i just got off the plane. The room they stored my luggage in had bugs because when i retrieved my bags and was allowed in my room they were crawling all on my belongings. With no notice they take a photo of your face and you have to scan your face to do anything there, the restaurant, the pool,the elevator your room its annoying after so many times. The staff was nice, but i definitely would've preferred another place."

"That was a disaster. My family of four couldn’t stay in the room. We had to find an emergency stay, which by itself was a challenge and expensive. The room was not ready for us. No bed sheets or towels. In addition, there were bed sheets clumped up, likely from the previous guest. Also, I was not able to get the AC running cold. AC in Manaus is a must because it is too hot and humid. Communication was challenging and I am requesting a refund which will be another ballgame. I hope Expedia will help me."
