Ocean Eden Bay - Adults Only - All inclusive

"Room was clean and comfy with great pool view. Staff was ok, not the best. Pool was mostly clean. Overall an solid 8.5 out of 10. Lots of things to do and lots of restaurants. Food was a good. Entertainment was excellent. The staff need more training on how to be more customer focus or maybe the company need to appreciate them more. With all that said, I had a great time. Would go back."
Hotel Riu Palace Aquarelle - All Inclusive

"Fantastic entertainment team and good food. Staff were mostly helpful, the hotel was clean, and there were always plenty of sun loungers available. The water slides are great and the buffet was excellent, especially at breakfast. No problem getting reservations at the other restaurants- steak house is great others are average. The beach is nice, although we found it even better if you walk a few minutes away from the hotel. Unfortunately, I can’t give 5 stars because of some of the day pass and weekend guests. Large groups would arrive and be extremely loud and disruptive, with shouting, screaming, twerking and excessive drunken behaviour around the pool areas. On one occasion, a guest was sick in the pool, resulting in its closure. On a separate occasion, another intoxicated guest had to be taken away from the pool area in a wheelchair. This was particularly noticeable at weekends and did affect the atmosphere. We missed the foam party because the pool had to be closed after someone was sick in it. Our flight was delayed by an hour, but the transfer provider would not adjust our return transfer time. This left us with the choice of arriving at the airport around five hours early or paying $70 for a taxi. Be careful with your wristband- I was initially charged $250 when mine was lost, although this was later waived after I complained. Overall, there is a lot to like about the hotel, but the weekend atmosphere and transfer issue prevented this from being a 5-star experience."

"I just wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional experience I had during my recent stay at Excellence Oyster Bay. From the moment I arrived and was greeted with a glass of champagne, I felt welcomed into a world of top-tier luxury. Being told not to worry about my luggage because guest services would take care of everything set the tone for a truly relaxing getaway—my only responsibility was to unwind and enjoy the incredible hospitality. The level of service exceeded all my expectations. Chanice at the front desk made a wonderful impression, ensuring every detail was handled with care. Erick, one of the bartenders in the theatre, brought genuine warmth and professionalism to every interaction. In fact, every staff member I encountered was amazing, always ready to assist with a smile and making me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Thanks to everyone at Excellence Oyster Bay, my experience in Falmouth, Jamaica was nothing short of extraordinary. "This property in Jamaica is great! The check-in let us down. We did book with the Privilege service upgrade. Their is a small dedicated section for persons booked with this service which is nice, however, the check-in time to get the room after the scheduled 3PM check-in was over 2hrs. The check-in process was not smooth. Also, we were not offered any welcome drinks upon arrival. It was hectic inside the lobby area as well. The room was excellent size, very spacious with a balcony jacuzzi on the top floor. The room could have been cleaned better, especially the floors. It was well stocked, Privilege amenities included throughout the room which was thoughtful. Very nice double rain shower head, double vanity and private water closet. The pool was gorgeous and was perfect temperature while being cleaned daily (mornings). There was a coconut stand by the main pool selling coconuts for $8USD which was a bit pricey but the convenience of being opened daily was great. There are multiple bars everywhere, you will not go far without finding a refreshing beverage. The Privilege service was worth it for the added benefits such as Privilege lounge, dedicated bar with premium liquors, premium upscale restaurant for breakfast, lunch & dinner, dedicated concierge for reservations & anything in between. The entertainment was excellent including the night time activities. We recommend staying at Ocean Coral Spring & look forward to connecting with management in the future."

"This hotel is worth the value. The rooms are well air conditioned, well priced, and the cleaners do a thorough job daily. We enjoyed complimentary breakfast which was a nice touch. I would recommend this hotel to anyone."

Villa Jamaica

"Very nice and clean, just as shown in the pictures. However was very difficult to find based off of the address and description. The guard at the gate didn’t know either and was not helpful at all. Once we found our way in, everything was fine. We enjoyed our stay here, the host hired a very nice driver, Ramone who took us around town during our stay. I would recommend this place, but just a disclaimer if you get lost, reach out to the owner, he will message you the day of your check in."
