"Was kept awake most of the night through tje noise"

"Our hotel room reminded me of the small but efficient hotel rooms we experienced in Tokyo. It had the same kind of shallow metal framework attached to the wall that held all the hangers, spare towels, hairdrier etc etc. That's fine if you're only staying a night before catching a flight - preferably with little, or better no luggage, as there's not much space for it. We weren't so happy with the black walls and plugs, as it was really hard to see where to plug in our chargers/charging cables...

"Room was newly refitted ,beds comfortable ,hot shower ,and breakfast was good, hot food and good quality. ."

"The room was very cold, heating did t work.. due to its location next RO a major junction lots of outside traffic noise"

"We had a great stay. The rooms weren’t ready when we arrived, but the staff was super helpful and held our bags while we explored. The location is great and lots of stuff within walking distance. The rooms were really clean and comfortable. I was impressed with the cleanliness (guessing this is a new property)."

"Consistently good and as expected in the Centre of Manchester. The rooms were well kept and I enjoyed my time here. The staff were helpful in providing assistance when required, in addition to this, the restaurant area is very calming indeed. The Hotel also provides daily quality national newspapers, which is appreciated. Five stars indeed and recommended to you."
