"My taxi driver and I reached this hostel just after midnight but to my horror, the entire property looks like deserted and abandoned. We rang the bell but there were no one to answer us. We call the number stated but it was like a non existent line. "A wonderful young lady helped me bring my bag to the front desk and to my room after I checked in. The receptionist quickly got me my bunk and also gave helpful information on tours. "Good backpacker hotel/hostel. Staff and owner were very nice and helpful. They would do anything for you. Let us check in early after all the trekkers left in the morning and they cleaned the room for us right away. Booked great treking through them. Nice fire pit in evening to socialize with your fellow travellers. If hot water is not working just ask as the system seems to air lock sometimes, otherwise nice hot showers. "omg let's talk about the beds. I asked for a bottom bunk because I hate climbing ladders, but these beds were designed in such a way that was so stable, it didnt matter if my roommate and I didn't sleep/wake around the same time. climbing in and out of bed didn't disturb either of us.
