"Property is in very poor conditions. Untidy wash room. It is advertised as 24 hour reception and tv. There is no reception service and tv doesn’t work. I will state them as 1 star restaurant. If you are travelling with family I do not recommend. You could feel shock through hot water. The door lock is in very poor condition and unsafe. There is no restaurant for the stay. Information mentioned in add is very misleading."

"The hotel and it's team are incredible. They make you feel so welcome and address you by name throughout your stay which always makes you feel at home. The hotel is beautiful - totay inkeeping with the surroundings. The rooms are large and super clean and come with a whole bunch of treats to make the stay so comfortable. Thank you for making our tine in Ubud so special x"
