"Séjour décevant .Accueil lent et peu convivial, personnel pas disponible, dilettante . Difficile d'obtenir un renseignement car jamais personne à la réception.
Lorsque j'ai téléphoné à l'hôtel au mois de juin pour réserver une chambre au mois d'aout, je n'ai pas réussi à le joindre,personne ne répond au téléphone, c'est pourquoi j'ai réservé via le site Hôtels . "Just had 5 nights with the family on a skiing holiday in this lovely hotel located right on the slopes. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, the lounge with stunning views of Mont Blanc is stylish and welcoming, the rooms despite being a little tired are warm, clean and have crisp white sheets and fluffy towels. "We LOVED our stay at Chalet Christine. The hotel has a perfect unimpeded view of the lake and mountains, creating a zen relaxing experience, and the pool and jacuzzi add to the relaxing vibe. Breakfast was perfect, the room was gorgeous and comfortable. Elodie at the check-in desk was incredibly kind and friendly, she gave us great advice on what to do around the lake and helped us get reservations at an amazing restaurant. I hope to come back soon! "

"Beautiful hotel. We loved the location close to the beautful shops, restaurants and easy walk to ski slopes. Gorgeous luxury spa area, beautiful rooms. Cost alpine featured and stunning furnishings and loved the tartan wall paper! Restaurant for dinner and breakfast fantastic. Everything we requested they were so helpful and accomodating, especially around Christmas. "
