"Hotel was new and still very clean. There’s fridge, free coffee and well equipped gym which was nice. Restaurant is fantastic and reasonably priced. The only two things that I don’t love is: 1. There’s only valet parking. With $30 charge/ day. No parking lots attached to the property. 2. The first room we were assigned to didn’t have hot shower. Upon calling front desk, we were told that the maintenance guy don’t work over the weekend and has already went home for the day. ( understandable...

"The front desk gentleman was very nice and professional, The only thing was that he announced my room number with male guests behind me. I was traveling alone so it took me back a little. Usually, the front desk person will just said your room number is on your card."

"I must preface this by saying I travel for work much and stay in alot of places. The room was decent and spacious but the thermostat will not allow room cooling past 68°. I am a person that runs very hot and i might need it cooler to fall asleep. Also it gets really hot in SC. "My loft was not at the main location had to drive a couple miles away in random area beside industrial park behind police station. Room smelled like smoke and had no toiletries or hangers. Host responded to address on check-in but not thereafter to simple requests for toilet paper, also not provided. Place was tired and dusty. "
