"Friendly helpful staff. Vast hotel with the room a very long way from the lift. Room smelt of body odour which was off-putting but we were only there for a night. Not the hotel’s fault but lots of noise in corridor at 2.00am and again at 4.00am Otherwise perfectly acceptable Motel One"

"I booked a Business room and was so happy to receive a renovated room. Beautiful and modern bathroom, comfortable beds, very clean, mini-bar to keep drinks cool, and nice style. Staff are excellent and very close to HBF."
