"My only complaint, paying to park in an Unsecured parking lot. All guests pay to park and then read signs letting you know that you park at your own risk. What are we paying for? This is very annoying."

"Room was nice and clean, it was very quiet and we got to use the pool with no one else coming in-what a treat! Beds were comfy, shower worked great and breakfast was wonderful! I very much appreciated the Gluten Free Muffin availability, as well as the Dairy Free milk! I appreciate that Best Western is stepping up to offer allergen friendly options for those of us with issues. Once again, my favorite hotel chain!"

"Since there is only 1500 characters allowed, I will try and sum this up by saying the police were called out to this property twice in the early hours of the morning. Once at 3:30 am and again at 4:30 due to a domestic violence incident where no one was arrested or asked to leave the premises. There were blood droplets throughout the lobby and the stairwell, which included a hole in the wall as well. "The toilet ran in the bathroom all day and night and would not flush. I asked the staff to address the issue and they said there was nothing that they could do until Monday. Also, they are supposed to change the room over every other day. The room was not changed at all during my 3 day stay. They even asked me if I wanted it changed over and I said yes, but it was still not changed, and I had to ask for new towels. The upside was the kitchen staff (morning) was great.
