"The room was much smaller than in the photo. When I arrived, they could not find my suitcase, which I had sent ahead. After about 10 minutes, they were able to retrieve it. The room was clean and the breakfast buffet was okay. I was hoping to check in at the reception desk, but I was directed to a machine to check in."
