"Brand new, nice hotel with a few kinks to work out. It begins on the 4th floor or the orthopedic hospital. Too us a while to figure out how to get to it. A very nice nurse escorted us to the front desk through the hospital. There is no where to pull up to check in- you have to go in and then they ask you out a sticker in your windshield so security knows you are staying there. Kind of inconvenient to get there and have to walk back out to put in car, especially when we parked in a spot...

"We stayed two nights. Both mornings there was a hand-written note on yellow notebook paper on the fridge in the breakfast area that there was no milk. Two days in a row. Surely management could have sent someone over to Target to buy a gallon. Breakfast serving counter was not wiped and a large overflowing bowl of yogurt was always present."

"Everything was perfect, the staff make check-in easy, rooms are warm and comfy the second you walk in, the pool and hot tub area was clean and relaxing. Breakfast was great. Couldn’t ask for better place to stay for a weekend."

"Great place to stay"

"We weren’t in town for any good reasons, just for family in the hospital, but this hotel and its staff made our stay in Sioux Falls so much better. Everyone was so friendly and smiling when we passed them in the halls and at the front desk. The pool and hot tub were very clean, as was the whole hotel. The breakfast bar was definitely one of the best we have had at a regular hotel and the staff wrote fun notes on the yogurt cups and banana peels; there were also smily faces on the oranges....

"The room was clean, the staff was polite, and the breakfast was really good. Small, but really good. The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi was a plus."

"Always appreciate being able to check in when we arrive. Room was clean, quiet and large. Loved the little movable side table. It allowed the three of us to play card games and have a lot of laughs. Water pressure in sink and shower was a little light but would def stay again."
