"This was our second time staying here. It was clean, but our room was showing some wear and tear. There were some stains on the sofa and carpet and the mattress should be replaced. My daughter’s room was better. Staff was courteous enough. Hotel lobby is very nice except the breakfast area was really too warm. They always have fresh coffee brewing which is delicious. The one complaint this time was the noise. You can really tell how thin the walls are. The doors slam every time someone goes in and out of their rooms which is constantly, if someone has their tv loud you hear everything and forget it if there are kids near you. Who needs an alarm clock? You are going to be awakened at the latest 7:00 am. So forget any extra shuteye. Some of these circumstances were the disrespect of other guest but you can also tell there is no noise buffers built in at all. I am not sure I will stay there again. As far as location, size of the room, and cleanliness (minus the wear and tear) it is a great place but I returned home very tired and not rested which is what I want in a vacation. May need to find somewhere quieter."

"A busy place, convenient location right across from the beach and pier. We stayed in a cottage which was clean, comfortable and affordable. The only complaint was we could hear the people talking in the adjoining cottage if we were in the bathroom or kitchen. Check-in/out was quick and easy."
