Muy mal servicio al recibir al cliente no había nadie en recepción y nos tuvieron ahí esperando casi una hora, el elevador no servía y de ahí en fuera lo mejor es el restaurante y la comida

El hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación, frente al mar, la alberca tiene una temperatura templada. Me parece que se debe tener más inversión en el mantenimiento de instalaciones y tener un buen programa de fumigación, ya que en las habitaciones en las que nos hospedamos nos encontramos cucarachas en el baño y chinches en las camas.

Lamentable que no acepten pagos con tarjeta. En dos ocasiones baje a recepción & no había nadie que me pudiera atender. El internet estaba muy lento. El colchón de la habitación no fue muy cómodo.

Una atención pésima, de mala gana, no había internet y no había agua caliente . Se le hizo el comentario a la recepción y solo comentó que pues no había que no podían hacer nada. No me vuelvo a quedar en este lugar muy desagradable

Es la primera vez que me hospedó en Manzanillo, escogimos este hotel porque se ve bonito por fuera. Es un hotel básico, no tiene espacio en la habitación para poner tus maletas, es decir, un sillón o banca o algo así, la habitación es muy pequeña y solo tiene una silla, lo que no me gustó para nada y de verdad se vuelve algo incómodo, es el diseño de las habitaciones, de lado derecho del hotel, me parece que no tienen separación, comparten el mismo ventanal, no hay como tal una separación entre habitaciones y por lo mismo, se escucha, literal, todo de las habitaciones contiguas. No suelo hacer este tipo de comentarios, porque entiendo que es difícil mantener un hotel en buen estado, pero las regaderas estaban llenas de sarro. Lo que me gustó es que tiene club de playa, muy pequeño, pero Agusto. cuando llegamos a la alberca llevaba una botella de agua y lo primero que me dijeron al sentarnos, es que estaba prohibido entrar con alimentos y bebidas, dado que había un grupo de jóvenes con su botella,. refrescos y papas y así mismo fue con toda la gente que estuvo ahí, los dos días que estuvimos, llevaban su botana, refrescos y alcohol de otra parte, claro que íbamos a consumir ahí, pero no entendí la dinámica del lugar. Los precios están bastante accesibles y los mesero, fuera de la chica que me hizo ese comentario y me atendió ese día, el demás personal, muy amables. No tengo punto de comparación con los hoteles en Manzanillo, pero no regresaría a ese, buscaría otra opción.

No nos quedamos, la persona q nos recibió en recepción sin cubrebocas, sacándose cada rato los mocos, desaseada, no servia el elevador, estaba el restaurante cerrado, muy sucio y descuidado 😞

Bueno

En general es bueno para pasar una o dos noches, las habitaciones son limpias pero pequeñas, el área de la alberca muy agradable, solo que tienes que consumir bebida y comida en el restaurante de ahí, no ponen jabón para manos ni crema para la piel.

This hotel is nice because his close by many food options, it is also by the beach and the beach is nice and clean. On the other hand, the rooms are very close to them Main avenue there's a lot of noise during the night and will not allow you to sleep the people from the bar are rude as hell. In the room where we stayed, both toilets were leaking one of the doors to the bathroom did not lock, the AC wasn't working properly and the doors to the balcony were loose to where they could fall.

Si solo es para dormir es una excelente opción ya que no cuenta con restaurantes o bar, mire que estaban reparando el bar ojalá lo arreglen pronto si hace falta, pero hay varias opciones cerca, ya sea comida o cena y Oxxos. Por otra le falta más preparación ala recepcionista. Así que 7.5/10

Las cortinas del cuarto yo creo tienen 8 años que no las lavan. La recepcionista del turno de la tarde que nos atendio para que nos diera la habitación sin cubrebocas y sin señales de que lo tuviera ahi guardado por ahi, y la de del turno de la mañana lo mismo, me imagino que en ese hotel no existe el coronavirus. Y una zona de la alberca ( la barra ) parecia totalmente abandonada.

Llegamos para el check in y no tenían conocimiento de mi reserva, no tenían habitaciones de la que reservamos y tuvimos que esperar, no cuentan con internet en ciertos pisos, el mío fue uno de esos.

Recepcionista sin atenciones

La recepción fue muy desagradable, la señorita que nos recibió no tuvo lo mínimo que uno pide al llegar a un hotel que es la comprensión, hemos ido a mejores hoteles incluso y son muy amables y te ofrecen algún servicio cuando tu habitación no está lista, nosotros llegamos a la 1:30 pm y nos dijo categóricamente que nuestro check-in era hasta las 3 y no nos dio la habitación ni nos ofreció al menos que podía cuidar las maletas por ejemplo! Sino le Hubiéramos preguntado que si podíamos pasar al área de la alberca no nos lo hubiera sugerido, muy mala actitud de la recepcionista a nuestro parecer. Aclaro, hemos ido a hoteles de más prestigio antes del check-in y nos han brindado atenciones y por si fuera poco nos han dado la habitación antes de tiempo!

Lo recomiendo.. Buen hotel..

Las instalaciones son buenas y con limpieza, pero con respecto al Wi-Fi solo hay en recepción, ya que por más que te digan que en cada piso se tiene internet, no es cierto, solo funciona en recepción y según ellos te dicen que esto es temporal, pero no es cierto, ya he visitado este hotel desde hace 2 años y casualmente no se soluciona. Pero si lo recomiendo por el precio y en general las señoritas de recepción son amables y por la limpieza del hotel. Lo complicado es si quieres entrar a nadar al mar, ya que es un área de olas altas, por lo que para niños es casi imposible meterse a nadar.

La ubicación del hotel fue buena pero la atención por parte del personal fue pésima, las señoritas de recepción super groseras y en ningún momento nos dieron toallas para el área de alberca porque no tenia suficientes disponibles y en el restaurante del hotel te incluyen el 15% de propina sin avisarte y para terminar no cuentan con servicio de wifi en todo el hotel, mi habitación era King size Ocean View y no tenia servicio de wifi.
