"The staff is extremely helpful; comfy beds; the evening happy hour and food were great. Didn’t have time for breakfast but it smelled awesome. We have stayed there twice - once during a weekend of having open houses to sell our home. Next during our move. I can’t say enough good things about how helpful everyone was and how comfortable my family felt during a stressful situation. The hot tub was really nice after several long days. The pool and hot tub were very clean as well. Great dining options Im the area as well. Door Dash in this area was a wonderful alternative to any room service elsewhere. A great family place. 1000 out of ten!"

"We had a wonderful stay! The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was nice ! My only two complaints are the a/c in the room did not blow very hard so it took forever to cool down. We brought a box fan with us so it help tremendously! My other complaint is, I had to ask for more towels after the second day because housekeeping never came the entire time we stayed. The two housekeepers that I found in the hallway were super helpful and just gave us the towels and washcloths so that’s a plus!"

"Our stay was great! The room was nice, breakfast was delicious. The pool was awesome. Our two year old isn’t real fond of water but the 1 1/2 foot pool was perfect for her. She enjoyed herself, practiced swimming, played with a few pool toys. It was great! The complimentary popcorn and water with lemon in it was a nice touch we appreciated as well! We will definitely stay again!"

"The room was very nice,breakfast was good. We had a water overflow problem and the night shift never came to help. We had to clean it up ourselves. Morning checkin was good but other staff not so much GOOD FOR THE PRICE"

"This property clearly was once a beautiful conference facility with a pool, large conference area that includes a big indoor fountain, lots of rooms and parking, etc. However, as what often happens in the hotel industry, this one has deteriorated over time. It's clear that the staff is doing the best with what they have to offer. The room was clean; beds comfortable. The room was clean but lots of little things needed maintenance.....BUT nothing that would make your stay awful....just things I notice, having worked in hotel sales & management. Example: The faucet's size didn't fit the opening in the sink, so the faucet was sort of loose. Drapes were missing some curtain rings and so we had to sort of 'arrange' the curtains around a chair to keep the light out---a privacy issue but one not impossible to resolve. We stayed one night on our way to our destination and one night coming back. The second night clearly someone had smoked in the room (NOT allowed!) and housekeeping had shampooed the carpet. I'm sure it was to help alleviate the odor but sadly, carpets were not dry yet. The humidity in the room was pretty high but we resolved it by putting on the heat while we went to dinner and then the AC. Breakfast offerings were plenty and hours for breakfast were quite ample. As of this review (6/29/2026) I'd say for the price, it's a good value. I really feel bad to see properties go downhill when clearly there once were a beautiful property."

"Very nice staff and room was very clean. Pool was a bit small but kids loved it. Also really enjoyed the breakfast and cookies and milk in the evening. Would stay there again."
