We arrived early after a very difficult, snowy journey and were made to feel most welcome. We were given all the local info about going downtown and places we wanted to visit, and advised about which local eating places might suit. Reception staff were very friendly and interested in what we wanted to do and the reason for our trip. Full marks all round!

Really nice hotel in a great location.
Room was big and clean and tidy, with a great view of the inner bay and lift bridge. Had everything we needed apart from a safe.
Lots of parking available right outside.

A decent, reasonably priced mid-range hotel. Good as a base for exploring the area - well placed for easy access to main highways. A car is essential if you are staying here.
Hotel rooms spacious and kept clean. Hotel staff approachable and helpful. Only criticism would be the lack of variety in the hot breakfasts - only two served on alternate days.

Unique historical hotel with great decor. Unstaffed but checkin and other instructions are very clear. Very comfortably furnished and it was good value for money, at least in off season, compared to other Duluth hotels. I'd happily stay again
