Recepcionista, um deles, sempre de cara feia e achando q estava fazendo um grande favor em pegar uma toalha ou um papel higiênico. E uma das vezes pedimos tolha de rosto e ele disse que estava meio machadinha mas estavaonpa, a toalha parecia pano de chão de tão imunda, fiquei perplexa, todas as roupas d dcama e banho são encardidas."
