Finally, they gave me the keys but didn't tell me where the pools, the water park, or my room were located. We set off but couldn't find it; we asked three different employees where that room number was, and all three said they didn't know. "If you spray for bugs clean up when they die. It’s gross. I will never return. If I could have had a refund I would have taken that option and left. Expedia said that not and option and I would loose my money. I’m not wealthily to accept just losing money. I have pictures of all the bugs in both rooms."

"We think the property is nice overall, but we noticed somethings need maintenance upgrades. Our room could have been cleaned a little better. The bathroom door and the light switch wasn't clean. We found crumbs and dust on the floor near the floor light and chair in the corner of the room. There wasn't enough staff near the pool early enough to open the slide, however, once I asked someone, they obliged."

"This property is nestled between a hospital and a ihop. Pros: a/c worked, fitness center was fairly comprehensive—full dumbbell set, cable system, benches. Cons: hard bed that was difficult to sleep on, generally dingy appearance, view of a dumpster. "
