The Grand Palace hotel was closed for around one year for a complete refurbishment. It only re-opened in April. The result is very nice hotel indeed which for me is ideally situated very close to Fincantieri where I do business and close to the town. It has an interesting wine bar for a restaurant. Pretty new property with amazing views from every room down the coast. Well situated for both the beach and town. Rooms are sizeable, clean and comfortable. The terraces are roomy. Excellent and helpful staff

Fantastic hotel in perfect location

This has to be the only place to stay in Urbino, simply sublime and helpful staff. The rooms are truly beautiful, you feel you are sleeping in a real palace with all everything you possibly need or want. The spa is a must without hesitation, the massage service needs to be experienced, the staff gave me and wife an absolutely marvellous relaxing treatments. Thank you. We didn't want to leave and will be back. p.s the town is pretty stunning too.

A beautiful boutique hotel. As soon as you step into the reception area you know you are in for a treat. Our room was rustic chic and had all we needed. Mini fridge, safe, coffee machine and also a robe, flip flops and towels for the pool. The pool area is beautiful. A fantastic infinity pool, plenty of loungers both in the sun and under cover. Lovely modern hotel with exceptional service. Convenient for Ancona airport and town, both just a few minutes drive away. Close to other restaurants and a Lidl supermarket. Plenty of parking available. Close to train link into Ancona, Bari etc. We had rear facing room which was very quiet, sea views at the front but facing road and train line.

Great location, superb view over the port and elevated sights. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay again.

This is a unique and quirky site, stylishly converted into a comfortable hotel that works really well. Staff were friendly and efficient, food was good quality and good value. I wish I'd been able to stay longer and make use of all the facilities.

Very tricky to negotiate the one-way system, so we were delighted to be rescued by reception staff who 'talked us down'! And these same staff continued to be extremely helpful throughout our stay. Nothing too much trouble. The valet car service was most convenient. We will be recommending to friends and family.
