"Chambre très jolie, petit déjeuner délicieux avec beaucoup de choix, personnel très sympathique.
Le restaurant Heritage m’a un peu moins plu, malgré des prix très raisonnables. L’un des serveurs sentait la sueur et chaque fois qu’il nous servait, c’était un peu désagréable. Pour le reste, tout était parfait."

"Susana and Alberto were amazing hosts and made us feel extremely welcome. We ended up needing a late check-in (due to a flight delay) and an early check-out (due to an early flight) and they were really accommodating, arranging our airport transfers for us. The hotel is well situated in a nice quiet street close just a short walk from the city centre. We stayed in the Conguita suite and everything was clean and of a high standard. I’d definitely stay again and wouldn’t hesitate recommending...

"Perfect location for a stay in the Douro valley. Relatively new hotel with clean cozy rooms and amazing views especially from the pool. More hanging options for the towels next to the shower would be a helpful adjustment. For not single use room lack of privacy when using the bathroom."
