"We stayed there 3 nights and the room was never cleaned . Housekeeping did not come . When requested them to come and at least empty the trash the housekeeping handed me the trash bag to empty them myself and left . The bar tenders at the pool were very rude and the rinks were over priced. The beach chairs were constantly taken very hard to get 2 chairs , even though you pay a ridiculous "resort fee" that are supposed to include lounge chairs at the beach per room .
