"friendly staff"

"New, nice. Terrible staff. Overall just ok."

"Room had water stains on the ceiling and part of the sheetrock tape was coming down. The couch in the room was stained really bad and the towels didn't appear to be clean. The beds and bedding looked fine along with the carpet. Breakfast was fine. Staff was friendly. I would look for a different place next time."

"The person who checked me in was rude right from the start. That turned me off immediately to point that we will never stay there again. The room we had was clean, but had a very weird odor to it. The continental breakfast was nothing to write home about and the vending machine was cash only. It took our money and didn’t give us any product. The amenities are outdated for the price you pay."

"We had a nice cozy apartment with a balcony and a great view. The location was good for Mayo Clinic visits. The down side was that the sofa and chair were filthy and smelly (like large wet dog). It made the stay unpleasant. Amenities were great with a nice common room, outdoor space, office space, gym, etc."

"The problem wasn't with the property. The problem was Expedia LYING about the amenities. The Expedia description of amenities states "Free area shuttle up to 1 mile" "A bar/lounge" " Snack bar/deli" The property had none of those. There was a shuttle to Mayo Clinic (0.5 mile) on weekdays. NO bar, no lounge, no snack bar, no deli. My wife was going to Mayo Clinic because she could not get around easily. We chose this property because of those amenities. Also, I called Expedia and talked to an AI...
