"The hotel is situated in a good location. There is a few restaurants within walking distance. The beds are comfortable and the staff is very helpful. My only complain is that there is no free coffee in the lobby. It is nice that they have it in the room but if the housekeeping doesn't clean your room you have to refill on the coffee or cups. Thank for the two bottles of water in the room."

"I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I ASKED FOR EGGS AND TOAST AND WHATEVER MEAT THEY SERVE I DONT NEED ANYTHING ELSE. THERE REPLY WAS "WE ARE NOT DENNYS" ... I DECIDED NOT TO EAT AND LEFT EARLY THAT MORNING. IVE BEEN TO MANY BED AND BREAKFAST AND NEVER HAD AN ISSUE FOR A SIMPLE BREAKFAST REQUEST. NOT COOL AT ALL."

"The property was great for what I needed it for: a cheap place close to the Herkimer Diamond Mine (about 10 minutes). It is dated, but you expect that with the price. The worst part was the AC did not work super great, although not bad enough to tell someone. It was very clean, and staff was friendly, although they did seem annoyed with how late we showed. Love the little kitchen nook but wish it had a coffee maker."

"I didn't like the fire alarm going off at 11am when you get in at 4 am and no warning what so ever! The manager lied and said they have no idea when the are coming to test the alarms I call bu You don't just test alarms that is poor management. Was only compensated 1 day when there mistake ruined 2 days! Never again unless management is replaced!"
