÷ Nothing was as described and for everything we mentioned they said it was not them who had put the wrong information and that it was hotels.com fault. No parking on spot included and we had to pay to park far away from the hotel. The family room did not have the amount of bed described so we got given a bent sparebed instead. No welcome drink or suprise for the kids as mentioned. Did not see anything to make it a kid friendly hotel. Dirty shower. Loud music until 24.00. Reseptionist more busy playing games and in the morning he was sleeping on a chair in the hallway and my husband had to wake him two times. We just left without having breakfast in the morning. + Very good location and beautiful view from the room. Nice building. We have visited old Mardin before and stayed in another two hotels. We will not come back to this hotel if we visit again.

Good location

In first time when I was getting there to check in. I was waiting for 30 minutes in front of the door. Because no body there to check in. The final the man who came and the face sleep. Also, I paid the parking, but the actual I had a free valet, but he didn't earn to me only said need to pay.

We spent four nights there. When we arrived we found out that they gave our room to another customer. The room that they provide us later was very noisy, and we literally couldn’t sleep at all! The toilet flashing and the bathroom door had issues. Also, when we asked about washing our clothing they said a price which was much higher than the amount that I pay even at the US.

There was black mould growing on the walls underneath peeling wallpaper. The roof leaked. Tv did not work,fridge stopped working, no coat hangers,no mattress protector no top sheet on bed,water took 15mins to come out of the tap i timed it then 10 mins to get hot.

Disappointed

unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Firstly, the pictures did not match the reality of the room I was given. Even there was no shampoo provided and bathroom was not tiidy and clean, which is a basic amenity one would expect. Additionally, the air-conditioning system was unreliable and did not function properly, making the room uncomfortable. Parking was a headache with limited spaces and poor management. Overall, I do not recommend staying here.

The hotel's building and lobby look very fancy but the room we got was not very nice. It was not very clean, we didn't have any toiletries, and there was a used small bottle of shampoo still in the shower. Unless you get the luxury suite, the view you get is to the street, not the Mesopotamian valley. On the second day, we didn't have hot water in the shower, we came during winter, the temperature was around 0°C (32 fahrenheit), so it is unacceptable to have a cold shower in this weather. We asked the reception about it, they said they had fixed it already, so I went and take a shower, but the water was barely lukewarm, it was not fixed for another day. The breakfast included is not good. The food is not really tasty and the organization of it is very poor. It is also not very clean. The dirty dishes from previous guests were lying around for ages. We arrived and there was 1 boiled egg left (we didn't arrive at the end of the breakfast), we asked for more eggs, they said they would bring. We finished eating, and we never received the eggs. The next day we decided to go somewhere else for breakfast, because we were so disappointed from the morning before. Smoking is allowed everywhere in the hotel, so there is a constant smell of cigarette everywhere

Öncelikle otelin konumu çok güzel. Otelin otoparkı yok ama genel olarak bölgede otopark sorunu var. Odaların temizliği iyi. Otel çocuklu aileler için uygun değil. Hergün sıra gecesi var ve gürültüden uyunmuyor. Kahvaltıda çeşit az ve personel sayısı yetersiz. Açık büfede biten ürünler yenilenmiyor.

Otel çok eski, fotoğraftakilerle alakası yok. Odada ve özellikle banyoda ağır rutubet kokusu vardı. Klimalar çok eski ve kumandaları kırık. Kahvaltısı şimdiye kadar gördüğüm en kötü otel kahvaltısıydı. Yataklar eskimiş lekeli ve çökmüş.
