"Breakfast on Sunday was very good. Breakfast on Saturday was sparse and not much to choose from. Suite was spacious, but we were on the second floor and both nights heard the people above us LOUDLY. Rooms are not well insulated from noise, even between suite rooms. Too bad because its a nice hotel and a good location. Also, pool water has a weird color to it, not clear as you would expect it."

"The hotel is slightly dated, not too bad for a mid-price hotel. The breakfast, though, is another story. In a word, awful. In another, inadequate. If you don't like waffles, there wasn't much for you. Hard pass on gloppy, greasy, out-of-a-can (I saw the can) gravy, really poor-quality biscuits, and flat little omelets with cheddar cheese inside. Two choices of cereal, bananas or apples, bog-standard muffins, some white or wheat bread. We ended up going to McDonald's for breakfast the second morning, and that's a shame considering what you pay for a hotel room with "free" (nah) breakfast. I remember when hotels first started offering breakfasts, and Hampton was one of the earliest and best. How the mighty are fallen."
