"The property was clean though dated. We enjoyed the overall size of the rooms. As much as we enjoyed the room, it could have been better. A few things to note. The toilet seat in our room was partially broken, the phone in the room did not work, we couldn't checkout using the checkout feature on the tv. "Very attractive, room was very large, has microwave, refrigerator, and sink. But the soap was in one small tube for the shower and none for the bath. Not enough for 2 people. Also housekeeping did not provide a new one for the 2nd night. Heater did not work, could only get A/C."

"We arrived very early in the morning and were greeted by Michael who was very helpful in finding a room for us to be able to check in early. He even got us a better room than we originally booked! The room was very nice, especially the large kitchen and bathroom areas. The hotel is not far from the strip, but far enough that it was quiet. The bar was also nice and affordable. I would definitely stay at the Platinum again."

"The property was beautiful and very well kept. Super clean. The rooms are very spacious. We had the 1 bedroom jr suite and it was perfect. The rooms were very clean and had all the amenities.it was centrally located to everything I. Walking distance. The only thing that was off putting was when you first arrive they try to sell you on the timeshare."
