"Delightful staff in a stylish hotel. The whole hotel smells amazing! Clean, large room with a great layout, lovely balcony with a table and chairs which were great at either end of the day to enjoy a coffee. Proper hairdryer - so important when you have long hair. The restaurant is good too. Small but great menu, delicious. The spa is small but lovely. Warm pool with some jets, sauna and steam room. "We were bery happy with the Carlo Felice. The room was quite comfortable though predictably small. The bathroom was very clean and of high-quality construction. The bed was very comfortable. The only drawback was that our room looked out into an inner courtyard that contained the recycling bins, and a couple of times in the morning we were awakened to the sound of glass being dumped."

"Place was immaculate, clean and very well presented. The my only gripes was the WiFi was pretty bad and the shower enclosure was scarily compact. But apart from that the place was awesome!"

"The staff were super friendly and helpful. We did have quite a few issues with the room, when we first arrived, the internal door handle came off completely and the air conditioning was not working. The staff were super quick to come and assist by repairing the door handle and restarting the power to the room to resolve the AC. The shower door did not also close correctly and leaked into the main bathroom every time used. The common areas were lovely and the building itself was stunning."

Da migliorare : il check in è stato complicato in quanto non abbiamo ricevuto istruzioni per fare il check in: nessuna risposta al citofono e al telefono. Approfittando di una persona che usciva sono salito a piedi ( per l'ascensore è necessaria la chiave) e ho trovato i pittori che lavoravano nell'ingresso. Per fortuna hanno chiamato la proprietaria. "Not well connected with public transportation. It’s a student dorm, so it doesn’t have all the facilities an hotel would have (eg, a bar). Also, rooms are not really soundproof, I’ve heard noises in the early morning. However, the studio was big and quite new. Good price/quality ratio overall. "
