"Room furniture selection awkward to use. Refrigerator had no freezer section. Housekeeping schedule made sense. All staff friendly & helpful. No tv access to local news. No alcohol available in "Snack" store. Well-equipped gym."

"I didn't have much interaction with the staff. I didn't need too. The only issue was the pool was down a d that was the primary reason to stay there. They offered a pool at their other location but I couldn't physically walk that far. I would have expected a discount for the inconvenience but they did not. Everything else was fine."

"The breakfast was just waffles, had cold coffee and the orange juice looked brown and was hot and the apple juice was as bad and both were in pitchers. Only had one wash towel, one hand towel and two towels. Mother-in-law almost slipped in the handicap bath, they need to add non-slip pads in the handicap bathrooms. Only had a great experience with one staff member that came from England everyone else were not friendly."

I chose this property because it had a pool, it was close to their home, it has a breakfast and we can watch movies together. All of the amenities was nice except we couldn’t get any premium channels as there wasn’t an internet connection. I called the desk 3 times and she said there wasn’t anyone on site for a maintenance call and she couldn’t switch us to a different room. She...

"They charged me 150 on my coperate credit card for “cancelation” because I showed up on time but could not check in because they cannot charge 3500 hold on my company credit! Silly staff and never try to keep the customers - Flag down and ass up to those mechanical systematic error - not flexible to keep your stay/visit feel home! Motel 6 is way nicer than you :("

"For being a newer property we were disappointed with 2 days of them running out of towels. We had to go buy towels at Target because they rarely had wash cloths. They are supposed to clean your room on the 3rd day, that never happened. They said they were sold out and too busy. The laundry room was dirty, doesn’t seem like anyone has been in there to clean in a long time. Breakfast is the same at every home 2 suites. Nothing to be too excited about.
