"We had a recent family stay at the Grand Kruger Lodge in the family chalet. The property is nestled in Marloth Park surrounded by animals roaming around freely. The staff were so welcoming and helpful which made our stay even more memorable. The property is very well maintained and the food included in the half-board option was so delicious. "Das Hotel hat unser Zimmer wenige Stunden kommentarlos storniert. Wir haben die Email erhalten, als wir gerade komplett erschöpft von einem interkontinentalen Flug kamen. Als wir uns per Telefon beschwerte war die Rezeption des Hotels enorm unhöflich (und meinte auch noch, dass das nicht unser Problem sei). Für uns war es eine richtige Katastrophe da wir mitten in der Hauptsaison ein anderes Hotel finden mussten. "

"The location is very convenient to the Crocodile Bridge entrance of Kruger National Park. It is a great value especially considering the property is very well maintained, has air conditioning (helpful during summer), and lovely gardening. It is located in a quiet and upscale section of town on a small ridge, but very convenient shopping and restaurants. If I'm ever back in the area, I hope to stay there again."

"Não é 5 estrelas. É um hotel 3 estrelas com um quarto bem grande bem próximo da entrada do Kruger. A cidadezinha não há muito o que fazer. Check-in demorado, tendo que mostrar a reserva. Café-da-manhã bom. Mas o pior é que não tinha internet no meu quarto."
