My stay was a breeze! Quiet, comfortable, friendly staff. Room was clean with great water pressure. No fuss with parking and right off convenient roads for travel. Mattress was not the fanciest for comfort, but not terrible by any means.

Everything was great other than when hubby and I both sat on the end of the bed to remove shoes, the entire mattress flipped up in the air at the head of the bed. We realized mattress was a tad unstable and moved to chairs...lol. Bed was comfortable however and we slept well. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner (hair, soap scum etc) otherwise room was clean and smelled good. Comfortable stay.

Love the location, staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area and helpful in all areas. Room is clean and in good order (only complaint is loud toilet noise when flushing not a big deal though).

Room was a little dirty. Trash on the side of the nightstand paper on tye floor of the bathroom. Front desk guy was super friendly and nice!

Value Host is comfortable, clean and budget friendly. Even our single queen room had a fridge, microwave, flat screen tv and a table and chairs. Everything you need at an affordable price!

Last time I'll ever stay here
Overall, the staff was very friendly and always has been. Always enjoyed staying here in the past but this last time we found bed bugs in our room. SEE PICTURE BELOW!! We had rented 2 rooms for 2 nights for a basketball tournament in Negaunee. Thankfully they were only found in one. My pregnant daughter in law got the most bites. I found the one on the nightstand and contacted staff. He was very helpful and set us up in a different room. After inspecting found other traces around the room while packing our stuff into garbage bags. Thankfully second room did not have any. When packing out in the morning we found bug traps under the beds which were not present in first room with bugs. We were told we would be getting a partial refund for the troubles but they have not held up on that. I have stayed here many times in the past but never again! PLEASE SEE PICTURE BELOW!!

it was very comfortable but i was disappointed that I did not have a mini fridge. i never did ask about it but i thought it was advertised as having one. I just had a single bed so maybe that size didn't have them. i wasn't in my room much so it really didn't matter a whole lot but just would have been nice to keep bottled waters in or leftovers. otherwise it worked out really well for my needs.

Here's the good.... The Night Clerk Ian was exceptional! He was extremely friendly and chatted with us about where we from and our plans in the area. He was made for Hospitality. Now here's the not so good. We did not have a fridge in our room even though the booking said we would. We only had 1 large bath towel for two people. My husband had to go hunt someone down for another towl while I was showering. Other than those 2 big complaints, it was ok. We did not spend much time in the room.its a good thing too. The tv is very small. If you're coming here on a super tight budget, then it would be fine. Thank ypu8

I like that it was Americans running an American business. It is a clean affordable hotel. The staff is friendly and parking is easily accessible.

The hotel was quiet and comfortable. The rooms were clean. The staff were friendly. The heating system is a little outdated making it hard to control the heat.

Pet friendly hotel: smelled like wet dirty dog when checked in and walking down hall to my room. Staff was unfriendly and paid more attention to the Three dogs in the lobby that waiting on me. Shower did not work. Had to wash in the sink. Tried to call front desk no one answered. . Quality of hotel has declined drastically over the years. Will not be back .
