"Idk where to start to be honest. 1) They checked in different people to our room. It took me 1 hour to finally get into a room. 2) charged me for valet while I kept showing them it was included in my expedia reservation. 3) we found an ant 🐜 on our bed in the 2nd night. 4) elevators were very sketchy and noisy 5) receptionists were kind but they need way more experience in taking care of issues. 6) I don't see the reason why it showes all kind of room types like superior or executive when the receptionist literally said all our rooms are the same????? Why did i pay extra to get a superior room if they are all the same???? What I would do if were to get a room here, make sure you get the cheapest room, its just an upcharge for the others and pay in total before you get there and make sure don't buy anything but the room, if you like to get valer or breakfast or whatever just buy that there. What really got me after all of these issues they didn't even care to offer anything in compensation to make the issues right, not even a bottle of water."

"I recently stayed at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Atlanta Perimeter Medical, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The first room I was assigned had a strong, overwhelming mildew smell that wasn’t just isolated to the room, it seemed to affect the entire floor. On top of that, the cleanliness was questionable at best. The bathroom still had visible soap scum and grime, and it didn’t appear that the room had been thoroughly cleaned or scrubbed before my arrival. I requested a room change, which was granted, but the second room came with its own set of issues. The television had visible lines running through the screen that distorted the picture. When maintenance came to look at it, the only response I received was essentially, “at least it turns on,” along with the explanation that there were no replacement TVs available. That was frustrating, especially considering an unoccupied room (my original one) clearly had a functioning TV that could have been swapped. Cleanliness was again a major concern in the second room. My pillowcase had someone else’s makeup on it, which forced me to change the bedding myself. There were also visible drink rings left behind on surfaces, and overall, the room felt poorly maintained and not properly reset for a new guest. I ended up wiping down and scrubbing things myself just to feel somewhat comfortable. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and far below what I expected. Refund?"

"I was on the 6th floor and my daughter left a little nachos in a closed container. When we got back, ants were on the bed,in my open suitcase,and on the dresser. We were exhausted, but had to pack everything up and move to a different room. They did give me a credit and the room was better. Just did not expect this especially on the 6th floor."
