"When we got in the room it appeared to be clean. We were on the first floor in room 101. The window was unlocked which was unsettling. We got over that and then there were worms of some sort that were coming in under the door. We will not be staying there again."

"The rooms were very clean. The kitchen was nice and the full-size fridge not too noisy. Parking was easy, although the driving directions are just odd. Breakfast was fine. There was an issue with extremely noisy neighbors that was addressed by the staff and then resolved by their relocating me. Onsite laundry was not cheap, but what is these days? All told, a fine place to stay and a good value."

"Nice place. Clean rooms. Quiet area close to downtown Black Mountain NC. Awesome Mexican restaurant across the street and Dollar General within walking distance."

"Our unit had multiple issues: * master shower did not drain and was dirty * master bedroom had boogers on the wall. * multiple areas where baseboard trim was loose. * ice maker was jammed with ice in door * stains in carpet * walls that were patched but never painted * multiple stains on walls * kitchen cupboard doors loose at hinges * 2nd bathroom shower curtain was covered in mold at the bottom. * The main door to the unit had a gap big enough to let light in."

"We loved this hotel. We went tubing in Asheville and decided to spend the night so we could check out downtown. This hotel was clean, had great parking and was right in the downtown area. There were a ton of restaurants/bars that were a short walk away. The hotel itself was clean and the bed was so comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in downtown Asheville"
