"The room we chose was large, so we were surprised on how small the toilet/shower room was - very hard to move around in it. We had absolutely the lowest water pressure at a hotel we have been to, and the staff did not seemed concerned at all about it - don't know if all the rooms were that way, but so frustrating!! One of the elevators wasn't working so we took the stairs most of the time, and the ice machine on our floor was out of order so had to go up or down to other floors for ice. It does...

"I booked a room for 3 nights on Expedia. When I arrived for my reservation, the room I was booked into lacked a refrigerator, which was a necessity for my stay. "Hotel was clean enough. But not CLEAN. The dust was noticeable on fixtures in the hallway, elevator was dirty. Pool tiles were missing and had a film on them. Bathroom sink was clean but shower had mold. Bed was super comfy. Pillows were great. Breakfast was good. I would stay again if passing through, but wouldn't go out of my way to stay there."
