Cari Motel di Martinez

"Horrible attitude rude manager"

"Do not, i repeat, do not make the mistake i made. I chose that hotel because it was cheap and had better ratings then the rest. Those good ratings must have been done by staff members or friends because i have never been to a hotel and felt disgusted enough to leave the minute i started to unpack. I looked at the sheets, they were dirty, the pillows looked like it had drool and blood on them. There were hair in the sheets, and the comferters looks so worn down. I did not feel like having my kids...

"Friendly staffs, clean room and hotel was comfortable to sleep."

"Very clean rooms and the staff was very nice and accommodating."

"The room we stayed in was very quiet and peaceful except for the ants all over the tub /bath room The room was apparently old and run down. I also noticed a few ants aon the out skirts of bathroom . I verbally reported the next morning because we had a late check in. Also noted was a cigarette burn hole on one of the bed comforters. It was supposed to be discarded and newly replaced per their protocol and the room to be cleaned. We came back to the same situation but our beds had been made."

"The property was advertised on Expedia as having AC but it doesn't have any. The windows have no screens and one of the windows was easily entered if I left it open. No wall decor, furniture was old and stained. Few electrical outlets, with none on the long wall where the head of the bed was located. The only good thing was the location - walkable to several shops, restaurants, etc."

"Safe parking. Walk to grocery and pharmacy. Quiet. No frills. Safe. Bring your own shampoo. My tv was not working."

"好的服务和清洁卫生"
