There were roaches in my room so I had to go to the store and get spray. The AC unit leaked the whole time I was there. They said they fixed it the first day but it still leaked in the room. They need pest control for roaches and bed bugs. The staff was nice I think maybe overwhelmed.

Bathroom tub still has comet cleaner sprinkled all in it Floors grimy Bed had stains and hair on sheets Smelled like cigarettes Bathroom clearly hadn’t been mopped in a while and vents were moldy. We walked in and checked out immediately. Would not stay here.

The front desk may look nice and staff are accommodating and the pictures as well but it really looks like run down motel 8 and looks tidy but is not clean. It’s has cockroaches and bugs in crawling all over the rooms and the bathrooms still has hair all over from previous tenants. It’s in an area that feels unsafe if you’re traveling alone. No refunds also. It may be cheap and if you’re looking for a quick stay and just a bed then I guess it’s fine but if you’re actually looking for a good hotel with service I would book the holiday inn and Home 2 close by.

If you can stay somewhere else, do! My room, while "upgraded" to a double king, was not only filthy but also smelled so weird that I had to hand-clean and spray down everything myself multiple times throughout my 10-day stay. There was no dresser for clothing, the refrigerator/freezer was iced over completely (they replaced it), and multiple surfaces contained mold or other stains. The staff was quite often missing wjen needed. All in all, quite awful.

Walk into the room and it smelled stale and moldy. Turn the lights on and check the sheets- I find cigarette burns and yellow stains on the sheets… suspicious. Anyways next the sink. The sink was fall on the ding dang counter holding on for dear life. Next… the people who stay here are very interesting and there was one room downstairs where people entered in and out all night and you could hear them slam the doors. There was no breakfast served even though they have a breakfast area. When it came to checkout there was no one in sight to return the key to. And what do you mean gym ? Ha!

This place was good for 1 night. Sketchie people up through the night. Make sure you lock your vehicle doors. Walls are thin. You can hear people outside at all hrs of the night. The staff was super nice and very helpful. Parking was easy. We got a 1st floor room and was able to park in front of the room.

The floor was absolutely disgusting. Super dirty carpet and there were roaches that got in my food. Definitely a roach infestation and the sink faucet was not tightened down

The room was dirty. Our toilet didn’t work. We had to move rooms twice and then the last ones toilet ended up not being able to flush our bed sheets had cigarette burns and what looked like a prostitutes makeup. There was blood on same places on the blanket. Breakfast was supposed to be provided but it was not at all. We checked in around 11:00 and we left by 7:00am. I want a full refund.
