Our son slept there the first and last night of our trip and said the bed was comfortable. The room is right next to the elevator, but it was very quiet except for the last night. The instructions they give are to "park diagonally" but without lines in the tight parking area, people park like idiots and if you are last in, you'll have to park elsewhere. Both nights I stayed, I couldn't park in front of my unit because people park all over the place or even across 2-3 units. Everything else was fine."
