"A bunch of scammer on reception i rented at $115 online from Perth when i arrived there they charged me extra $44

"The room I was allocated had aircon and a fan but I didn't want either of those at the time so tried to open the window and found that it could not be held open.
There was no where to hang clothes - cupboard, no hooks. Bed was good.
The door could not be closed without slamming it which wasn't good for guests in other rooms.
I went to the shared bathroom and found myself paddling in water in the area where one is supposed undress and dress. It seems that the shower is leaking because there was...
