Security seemed lax as the back door was left unlocked for anyone to walk in or out. Much noise throughout the night of doors & heating units running. The heating unit In our room sounded like a freight train when the blower turned on. We ended up turning it off but then we got cold. did not get a very good night's sleep. Breakfast was continental style.

Room was okay. Wi-Fi was spotty- my computer kept disconnecting, and as the TV uses wi-fi to watch, watching was pointless. Sheets were stained; blankets were stained- so sleeping there was a bit gross. The desk personnel were nice, but in the morning to check out it did take a few minutes to get anyone to the desk.

I had to leave 100 dollar cash deposit when I got there after paying for my room online. Why wasn’t “incidentals” as he claimed added to my online billing process? And I couldn’t get a receipt. He had to inspect my room before giving my cash back to me. Unfair. Unprofessional. And no receipt had me up all night thinking he was going to scam me.

Room is clean and for me that's the most important. Check in went well. Bed was a little on the hard side. Did not scope out breakfast soup can offer nothing on that. Traveling to Canton NY but stayed here in Massena because this is the best value for your dollar in a 50 mile radius. Worth the extra driving!
