"Reception was curt, abrupt and too firm on 3pm check-in. Hostile and lacking customer service. You have a right to look after guests arriving before 3pm, handling guests and suggesting where to go for lunch and welcoming with drinks would have gone a long way."

"Hotel Mahogany in Cassis was truly the highlight of my trip after traveling through Europe. The location is amazing right in front of the beach and set up on the upper hill, which makes the outdoor seating area absolutely perfect with beautiful views and such a relaxing atmosphere. The staff made the experience even better. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and spoke English, which made everything so easy. One thing I really appreciated was that they allowed us a free one-hour late...

"This is a fantastic hotel and it was the best part of our trip to the French Riviera. The property is incredible, the views are breathtaking and the town of Cassis is very charming. One of the highlights for us was hiking in the Calanques National Park. We walked straight from the hotel and visited two beautiful beaches. Long hike, but worth it! Just make sure you take plenty of water. We hope to be back to Hôtel Les Roches Blanches in the near future."
