"Hotel was like no one at reception but one guy everytime just one WhatsApp text away. They are very friendly and provide any service instantly. Rooms were spacious. And it was like you are living in your home not in hotel. Only issue was there are stairs to reach the hotel not direct on road so you have to walk few meters and get a car or taxi. "The location of this hotel is perfect, located just steps away from a main shopping road. Galata tower is also only a 10 minute walk away with plenty of bars, restaurants, and cafes in between. Sinem was so lovely and helpful, giving many suggestions of where to visit and going above and beyond to give excellent hospitality. They were even able to set up a private transfer to and from the airport for a very fair price. This was a great stay for my first time in Istanbul!"

"Excellent experience! Great location… walking distance to Taksim Square, the Grand Bazaar and many other attractions that Istanbul has to offer. The staff at the hotel were incredible; they went above and beyond! Hotel was clean, super cute room, very cozy and was the perfect boutique hotel experience. We plan on returning to Istanbul next year and am definitely planning to return to Nuru Ziya Suites. Highly recommend staying here! 👍"
