"This is definitely the best hotel in Olsztyn. Spacious rooms, modern design + very quiet. Close to the city centre and the train station. Absolutely loved it and will come back."

"Nice, clean hotel, but some things to improve. Paintings throughout the hotel are creepy: cut off women's head with snakes in hair, half naked woman with a man's head under her skirt, painting of boat at the edge of waterfall about to fall off etc, about 30 paintings like that throughout the hotel. Our kids were disturbed by the half naked women paintings and scary paintings, we told them to not pay attention. Also in elevator there were ads about some seances being done in sauna every Friday...

"A stunning location overlooking a lake with lush flowers and gardens cascading down.
Room with terrace was lovely.
BUT, receptionist spoke only Polish and was not competent regarding the use of credit cards. The bathroom was very simple and small. Access to the run was through a staircase after exiting the elevator, which is to easy with luggage.
The restaurant food middling, but service was friendly."
