"We had a wonderful stay! Although the hotel is small, it is beautifully designed, cozy, and full of charm. The area where it’s located is absolutely stunning—picturesque, full of character, and with so many beautiful details to enjoy while walking around.
There are plenty of great dining options nearby, which made everything very convenient. The hotel also has parking, which was a big plus for us. Most importantly, everyone we met was incredibly kind, welcoming, and made us feel at home.

Closet so dark, needs light
Aircon is centralised so we couldn't sleep well because it's so hot! Apparently they increase the a/c temperature when the temperature is low - told them it's not low enough for us. Imagine being so hot you set the temperature to 16C, only to be told by reception 2 days after that the a/c was blowing hot air!
Bathroom needs - a tray for bits and pieces, Kleenex, check the back of toilet area coz always had puddles of water

"Good stay for the price!! It’s quite a small room, but if you’re out exploring, it’s good for a sleep. The shower was fine, even though there were some water coming out near the water handle. Doesn’t affect the shower, but it is wasting water.
We were a 20 minute walk from the Teatro cologne. There are good restaurants, nearby and everywhere in the city seems to be about a $5 Uber ride. We were also a few blocks away from the hop on hop off bus stop if you’re looking to do that."

I arrived at night and they said there was no rooms available while people were leaving I explained I was in a canceled flight and I needed the hotel now they deny me and kept my money!
