"I booked a garden view, and I was thrilled with spacious condition with great amenities. This is probably the best and most affordable hotel near Narita International airport that's so underrated. Breakfast buffet is great in super spacious dining restaurant atmosphere, and if you would like to experience onsen, pay extra 700 yen (go there between 4PM-7PM for nearly empty slot), and enjoy both indoor and outdoor bath. I was able to book for under $60, literally. "

"The one problem is that I purchased breakfast as part of my 4 night stay. I believed it to be a buffet breakfast but in fact, it was not at this particular location. One had to travel down the street to a local café, The cafe staff offered no options for vegetarians with their set menu 5. Unfortunately neither the cafe or the hotel offered NO solution. "

"It’s a little far from Makuhari Messe, so I took a taxi there during Tokyo Game Show. The staff were very friendly and kind. The room was small, but the bed was comfortable. Overall great stay, would recommend. "

"The area around the hotel is perfect if you want to stay away from the more crowded parts of the city, but still within walking distance of lots of great places. Plenty of places to eat and drink with a great local environment. The staff was friendly and helpful with all our questions and needs. The rooms were clean and well attended regularly. The waygu dinner is a must try."
