"Relaxing stay with everything taken care of from dinner to breakfast. Although we walked around f there is a free shuttle to bus terminal which is a few mins walk to the yubatake."

"Our stay here was amazing. The onsens were relaxing and beautiful, but the staff is what made our stay one of our favorite places while in Japan. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home."

"I enjoyed the dinner meal even though I made a rookie hot pot mistake."

"I have had a fun trip."

"Cleanliness, Kenzo-San and the team are amazing Great Onsen and solid food "

"Great food and staff"

"We were here for a couple of days and had a wonderful stay! The place is kept clean, and it sits right by the ski hill. Nothing beats a soak in the hot public bath after a day of skiing. Also loved the breakfast and dinner! The gem though was the staff, who were incredibly friendly and went out of the way to help us. "

"Superb view at onsen ."

"Loved this place! Super clean and convenient. Loved the Onsen in the hotel. The shuttle to Yubatake was great! This was a great place to stay, even more so if you bring your dog as they are very dog friendly!"

"Great stay , great customer service "

"I think they are short staffed."

"Old but nice hotel at ski slope. Very convenient if you go ski but advisable to take with meal option as not near to town. However, there is convenient store in the hotel."
