"We were very disappointed to find out that onsite parking was actually off site parking with a good 10 min walk carrying our suitcases. Staff wasn't too friendly either. Rooms were nice but AC only worked when windows are closed which we opened as it was at first 28 degrees in the room."

"The position was very central to the marine, shops & eateries. Facilities were comfortable. If you need WiFi it's poor, drops out. We were travelling from town to town & booking accommodation via Internet was essential to us. Staff very helpful. Sadly we were not aware if we could have access to the garden which would have been a treat. Only down side was the bar downstairs of the property play very loud music until late. "Our room was on the top floor and there were 2 sets of steep stairs to access it. Not recommended for anyone with mobility issues or big luggage. There was no on-site parking as stated and no mini fridge in the room. There was a fridge that could be used sharing with other guests as well as a shared mini kitchen. There is a wonderful rooftop deck- common area for all guests. "

"This place was fine, but the parking was difficult and stressful. The hotel was hard to find and nowhere to park out front, so we had to call the number in heavy traffic with nowhere to park and she gave us the street address of some empty lot which was not marked at all as a parking lot and i had to keep looping around trying to find it. When i asked why it said "parking available" she said that wasn't the case in the winter. Then i had to move the car again to some other street spot. Really...
