Noce stay

Hotel and manager were great. However, no room cleaning was tough. Four nights and we had overflowing garbage. There for a tournament, we eat in so lots of trash and I'm not leaving it in the hallway. Other than that good stay.

The staff is the star at this location!! Very friendly and helpful, really above and beyond! The hotel was clean! However, the bathroom kept shutting and it is SMALL!! The bedding is pretty cheap too!! They definitely cut some corners when they built this space!

Nice noisy

Nice room and staff. Extremely noisy due to kids running around till nearly midnight. Parents drinking and eating pizza in lobby also very loud . Staff tried to get control but were ignored and overwhelmed

It took at least 15 minutes to check in because no one was manning the front desk. The room was nice and bery clean. The breakfast buffet was $10 and not worth it. Same meal at other hotels is free.

I wish the water pressure was higher and it didn’t take so long to fill the bathtub. I felt safe and it was nice!

No coffee available on second day of stay due to a machine being broken and there was no "backup" machine. Elevator was broken for most of our stay. There were 2 but the one was "Out of Service"

The hotel room should have been cleaned better. We spoke to the front desk and they did give a credit. The hotel was a bit noisy as well you could hear the neighbors. When we checked in a staff member had her child with her at the desk.

Nicely updated. Very clean. Liked the option of the breakfast buffett or you can choose from the menu and have cooked fresh. I did not like that I had to turn my shower all the way hot and still was luke warm even after a few times of using.

I booked room with two Queen beds for 4 guests. They gave me room with 1 King bed! They told no other rooms are available. I asked how 4 of us are supposed to sleep in one bed and lady was super rude. She said they don’t have any other clean rooms and ask me if I want “to bunk with other people?”…. What an insult and a joke!
