"We pulled up and were a bit underwhelmed, the exterior looked worn down. Once we got inside and into the courtyard it was great. Clean, updated rooms, comfortable bed although the sheets were a bit stiff. The staff was helpful and kind and passed out cool lavender infused towels to wipe off our sweaty faces. We used the water refill station a lot! Good pool and view of the ocean."

"The seating at the pool is a huge problem. They do not have enough seats and will remove your items if you do not go back to your seat once every hour. One employee actually admitted to throwing our items away, instead of holding them as they’re supposed too. This is hard considering there are many different pools and the expansive size of the pool and beach area. You have to wait in a long line for pool towels. My room did not get cleaned the first day so I reached out and it was then clean...

"This hotel is a DREAM, it was our first visit to Maui and this place is what made our trip! We loved it here, the room was amazing and the views were incredible, we will definitely be back!!"

"The pools felt crowded and dirty by the afternoon. I also wish they would provide at least one room cleaning for the price. It felt very dirty and sandy by the end of the week. Otherwise the room was beautiful, the view was beautiful, the beach was perfect and some of the best snorkeling."

"My wife and I stayed for a week, and everything was exactly what a toes in the sand vacation should be. There is great snorkeling close by at Black Rock, we saw sea turtles everyday we were there. The pool bar is lively, and the valet staff were very informative."

"The front desk was great. When I arrived to check in I was immediately welcomed and taken care of as soon as I walked thru the doors. I even came thru the front desk office after a late tour and the person that checked me in greeted me - I felt like I was at home. Every person that was working in the property was so friendly and acknowledged you throughout the day. I don’t think I would stay anywhere else in Maui. I felt so safe here."
