"Excellent place to stay, but I’m not sure why there are so many tiny flies in the room."

"Clean room, comfortable bed, and very nice staff. Nothing fancy or luxurious. One negative is that the spaces in the small parking lot are extremely narrow. I was constantly worried my rental car would be dinged by a car door slamming into it. "

"This resort is a hidden gem. Far enough from the crowds of the "big name brand" resorts such as The Westin, Marriott and Hyatt and close enough to the shopping and restaurants at Whalers Village. The stretch of beach here is the best on Maui. The rooms are great and very clean. The views from the rooms are amazing. The staff and service here is outstanding."

"Room has a smell to it due to it being an old property, old rug and old beds. Old design. It is cheap compare to other nicer and renovated properties. Most properties around the area are old. Staff are helpful, always smiling and courteous. Their housekeeping only puts new towels and cleans trash, we had to tell the front desk daily that we want full service to make up the bed. Seems housekeeping doesn’t clean everyday, that could be why the room smells. Beach view doesn’t disappoint, beautiful...

It's clear the team takes real pride in the property. Speaking of the team — wow. Any question we had was answered quickly and warmly. They felt less like a property management company and more like locals who actually wanted us to have the best trip possible."
